Modern science has found toxic fumes associated with welding to be dangerous. Fumes are a natural by-product of welding exposing welders and welder's helpers to toxic fumes.
Exposure to these toxic fumes can result in manganese poisoning. This is a condition which causes severe neurological problems.
Some common symptoms include:
